With over 20 years of experience in audit & advisory and taxation, he has deep experience in servicing large and medium sized clients in the areas of Statutory Audit encompassing Financial Reporting Standards and advising clients on Strategies for Governance and Restructuring. He has worked across diverse sectors and specialises in plantation and logistics. He has worked with multi-functional teams across different areas evaluating processes and identifying risks and opportunities to reduce operational costs. His experience includes risk-based Internal Audits, System Control and Process Review, and Preparation of SOPs. He has conducted assignments with special focus on Internal Financial Control (IFC) in the manufacturing, and service industries. He is also a gifted speaker and presents papers in seminars and study circle meetings and gives guest lectures at ICAI, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and other professional trade bodies. Being the Senior Partner, he is also in charge in driving the teams to their optimum best and oversees all the HR functions of the firm. Rengarajan is a yoga enthusiast, and he has volunteered in many yoga and inner wellbeing events. He believes in “Unless you do the right things, the right things will not happen to you.”
